leave of absense

As you might have noticed, this blog has gone rather unattended. Work has kept me extremely busy. In addition, I had to make a impromptu trip to Seattle. It was nice because all of my sisters and quite of few of my nephews and nieces were there. my nephew, Arthur, and sister Mounyen.

while in seattle, i went out to eat at this delicious restaraunt with my sister, Susan and daughter, Katherine. i even managed to take a picture of the fantastic dessert split between the three of us (sweet tamale, flan, & sopapilla)...
as you can see it was good.

but the best part of all was just spending time with my family.
